Booking Terms

Bookings must be made in the name of the patient that is visiting. Gestational age must be within the range published on our website for that scan (ie. a 4D Bonding Scan should not be booked before 21 weeks or after 31 weeks). Booking that are made outside of the published age range may not be delivered, and will not be eligible a refund. 

The online payment includes a non-refundable £10 deposit.

In the event that Your Baby Scan has to cancel your appointment for any reason, the full amount paid will be refundable.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Should less than 24 hours notice be given, no refund will be available. In the event that your appointment needs to be cancelled by you and more than 24 hours notice is given, a refund will be given  minus the non-refundable £10 deposit.

Should you need to move your appointment to a different date/time, we understand this can be unavoidable. There is no need to cancel your appointment, appointments can be moved to another date for free of charge. Please contact us to rearrange your appointment.
