About our Crewe Clinic

Located in the railway town of Crewe, in the south of Cheshire, our scan centre is located in the town centre, just 10 minutes walk from Crewe Railway Station infamous as a railway junction for both local and national railway services for London to Glasgow, Birmingham to Llandudno.

The local area includes many places to eat from fine Italian Restaurants to Kaspa's Dessert House - both of these are popular if your baby is in the wrong position, and you'd like to go for a walk and make a day of your visit. Our Crewe scan centre is situated on the first floor directly above the Newbie & Me Baby Store providing an ideal opportunity to carry out some shopping during your visit too.

In addition to the numerous rail connections to Crewe from Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and beyond, Crewe is well connected to the M6 motorway providing only a short drive from the neighbouring towns and cities of Winsford, Nantwich, Wrexham, Chester, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent.

Accessibility

Our Crewe Scan Centre is located on the first floor and requires access using a set of stairs. Unfortunately due to the nature of the building we are unable to provide lift/stair lift access to this clinic. If you need access via a wheelchair for example, we would recommend our Widnes clinic which is accessible for wheelchair users, or people with mobility limitations.

Directions by Rail

Our Crewe scan centre is ideally located on the West Coast Main Line, just 10 minutes walk from Crewe Train Station, serviced by Avanti West Coast, CrossCountry, Transport for Wales and London Northwestern Railway.

Our Crewe clinic is also located on the main bus route with buses to Macclesfield, Hanley, Nantwich, Shavington and Leighton Hospital.

Directions by Road

Our Crewe Scan Centre is easy to reach from nearby Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme from the south, Winsford, Northwich and Knutsford to the north, and even areas of North Wales such as Wrexham, Flintshire and as far as Colwyn Bay to the west can reach us by car.

From M6 (J16)

• Take the exit to A500 Westbound
• At the first roundabout continue straight on A500
• At second roundabout continue straight on A500
• At the third roundabout turn right onto B5071 / Jack Mills Way
• Continue on B5071 until you reach a crossroads at A534 (Nantwich Road) with Dominos Pizza and Papa John's on opposite corners
• Continue straight across at the junction and take next left onto Hope St.
• The entrance to the car park is the second left with signs for Your Baby Scan and Newbie & Me

From A534/530 (Wrexham and Nantwich)

• Take A534/A51 or A530 to Nantwich Bypass heading south for A500
• Head eastbound onto the A500
• At the roundabout turn left onto B5071 / Jack Mills Way
• Continue on B5071 until you reach a crossroads at A534 (Nantwich Road) with Dominos Pizza and Papa John's on opposite corners
• Continue straight across at the junction and take next left onto Hope St.
• The entrance to the car park is the second left with signs for Your Baby Scan and Newbie & Me

Car Parking

Our scan centre provides ample parking facilities in a free-to-use car park at the rear of our scan centre. The car park is signposted for Your Baby Scan and Newbie & Me from Hope St. 

Once parked, the scan centre can be accessed through Newbie & Me. If your appointment is an evening appointment, you may find that the Newbie & Me Baby Store has closed when you arrive at or leave the scan centre. You will find a gate open to the car park allowing access to Nantwich Rd and the front of our scan centre.

Our scan centre can be accessed via the blue door on Nantwich Road.
